We've been here before....

We had a great team in Toronto and Ottawa Ontario!  Loved them to pieces and they were a big part of our journey.
In 2015, we took our little family to the West Coast and opened up shop in Sooke BC.  A little matted space inside a local gym that started it all...

We're back!  Bigger and Better and with our own space.

• Trained and accomplished in Kickboxing, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, Japanese Weaponry, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
• Martial Arts Performer, Self-Defence Advocate, Writer, Personal Health/Lifestyle Coach.

Renshi Dave is an avid student, teacher and athlete, with an emphasis on overall self-empowerment, health & nutrition.

Sensei Monica

• 1st Degree Black Belt in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu
• Certified Kickboxing Coach
• Martial Arts Performer, Writer, and Personal Health Coach
• Business mentor in the fitness & children's health industry
• Member of Sooke Women in Business (SWIB)
• Monica specializes in Women's fitness, pre- and post-natal training, as well as health/nutrition.  She has one of the largest kickboxing classes on the island held strictly for women.
