Adult Kickboxing (Co-Ed age 16+)

Mondays/Wednesdays @ 6:30pm - 7:30pm, Fitness Saturdays from 11am - 11:45am.
For both Men & Women (Co-Ed)
Basic/Intermediate striking incorporated through shadow boxing, bag work, pad & focus drills, and sparring drills
This is a beginner/intermediate course designed to get you into amazing shape while learning actual kickboxing skills & strategy
Stretching, Strength & Conditioning incorporated
You do not need experience!

Women-only Kickboxing (age 14+)

Currently Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 6:30pm - 7:20pm
This beginner "kick-start" class will not only get you into the best shape of your life, but it will teach you real fundamentals of this powerful art.
Heavy bag work, hand pads with partner, strength & conditioning
Women-only exclusive environment
Become confident, coordinated, and focused, and learn at your own pace
Separate advanced class available (by invitation)
Women of all ages and physicalities welcome!

Youth Kickboxing (ages 8 - 13):

This Class is 45 minutes and is offered twice/week
Thursdays at 4:45pm and Saturdays at 10:15am
Introduction to the art of kickboxing (punches, kicks, blocking, footwork, and basic conditioning)
System includes bag work, pad work drills, partner work
Targeted to help your child achieve a greater sense of self-confidence, awareness, respect
There is NO UNIFORM for this program but boxing gloves are required. Bring your own or purchase at our Pro Shop. Handwraps recommended. We do offer a complete gear package at enrollment.
